Potty Trained!

Shelby is officially potty trained and has been for a while now. What a relief, I didn't think she would ever get trained there for a while. She is so stubborn. After being dry all day and using the potty all day at school my mother in law told me to bring her in panties and I did and that was the end of it! Instantly potty trained. We have been working with her off and on for months and gave up several times. Something must have just clicked in that hard head of hers! Once we started in panties we never looked back. She will even sit on the big potties in public with no insert or potty seat. She just holds onto the sides. Pooping was a little harder but that only took about 2 weeks I'd say. Now she wears a pull up at night but I am thinking about stopping that too. She hasn't pee'd at night in MONTHS. I am so proud and so is my wallet! Except now we have to checkout the potties every where we go at least 5 times!

Similarities

I recently found this picture of my sister, she was probably 4 or 5 years old I would guess. I was shocked at how much Shelby looks like her and Shelby makes this face a lot too! My mom swears that I looked like that too but I don't think as much. Shelby has more of a rounder face, which she gets from daddy.
